HOME IMPROVEMENT

Whether you’re thinking of painting the house, new windows or updating your garage, the South Uptown NRP Home Improvement Loan Program can help fund all kinds of exterior home improvements. South Uptown has partnered with the Lending Center at the Center for Energy & Environment (CEE) to offer financing options that allow homeowners to complete their projects with low monthly payments and fixed low rates.

Get up to $500 for Home Security Improvements!

South Uptown property owners may be eligible for a $500 matching grant to install lighting, home security cameras and upgraded locks and doors. The South Uptown Neighborhood Association provides a 1:1 match of up to $500 for eligible improvements. View the Program Guidelines for more info. Please fill out this online application form here.
