Left Lane Ventures presented preliminary plans to replace the home at 3128 Bryant with a 12-unit building during a recent South Uptown meeting. Project planners expect to revise plans based on feedback received from neighbors before submitting a land use application to the City in late July. It is expected that the project does not require zoning variances or conditional use permits because the proposed building meets new rules established through the Minneapolis 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
